Electrical Engineer PositionWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to fill this key role at our manufacturing facility.
- This position will provide support on electrical systems, design, and maintenance for operational activities and CAPEX projects.
- Manage the factory's electrical infrastructure from design through to installation, maintenance, operation, improvement, and upgrade as part of a site electrical strategy.
- Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards.
- Responsible for preparation of user and technical specifications.
- Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment and exhibit an absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
- Implement Change Management to appropriately manage modifications in MES-E&A solutions.
- Play a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories through mastering process and product characteristics.
- Supervise and coordinate Automation and MES maintenance and project work by electricians and contractors.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Management, and Engineering to resolve Automation and MES issues.
- Develop a deep insight of processes and continuously strive for quality, safety, or efficiency improvements while protecting technological know-how and competitive advantage.
- Participate in the implementation of engineering tools at site level.
- Ensure all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards.
- Ensure key MES-E&A documentation is up-to-date and in place.
- Degree or Diploma qualified with solid Electrical experience.
- Minimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience.
- Experience in Personnel Supervision of technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties.
- Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s).
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and process control, real-time management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), man/machine interfaces, and communication, computer hardware etc.
- Proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
