Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of high-performing accountants and managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling Corporate Accounting processes.
  • Strong technical expertise and operational skills, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
