Project Delivery Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our remediation division, focusing on projects that encompass cladding replacement, heritage, and general building refurbishment valued between $1 and $6 million.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing project deliverables and operations, coordinating technical disciplines, and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite support services and technical expertise on construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate works, subcontractors, equipment, and personnel.
  • Offer technical guidance to team members regarding design, construction, program modification, or repairs.
  • Compile and create quality assurance/quality control documentation.
  • Program and schedule works effectively.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive on-ground project delivery experience is essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (desired but not required) will be considered advantageous.
  • Strong project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works, are necessary.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a strong commercial acumen are required.
  • Able to positively influence, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Self-managing while working well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to think creatively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
