About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve year-on-year growth
  • Monitor and analyze financial targets, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure effective staffing levels during seasonal peaks and troughs
  • Oversee and manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
  • Lead by example, providing a great customer experience with high sales skills
What We Offer
  • Base salary starting from $110,000 + Super, depending on the roster
