Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our monitoring and inspection solutions team in France. As a key member of our multicultural team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company. Excellent leadership skills, ability to work well in a team, and effective stakeholder management are essential. A proven track record in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  • Work together with a small team, fostering a collaborative environment while encouraging individual growth and responsibility.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal team members, company leadership, and external clients or vendors.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Project risk management.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Qualifications
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent with 4 to 7 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
