Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and staff.

The successful candidate will have experience in reception and administrative tasks, with a high level of verbal and written communication skills. They will also possess a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills.

A formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and reception duties.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills.
  • Experience in reception and administrative tasks.
  • A formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
