Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Floor & Bar Staff to join our team at the Feros Group.

Compensation Package

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Taking orders and making payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing beverages and cocktails to meet our high quality standards
  • Managing gaming machines and providing payouts in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • A current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate (for gaming positions only)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
  • The ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays
