• This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced teacher to take on a leadership position and develop their skills in educational leadership, safeguarding, curriculum enhancement, pastoral care, and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in teaching and leading, with a deep understanding of the needs of students with complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Leadership: Develop and implement a vision that aligns with our ethos of compassion, inclusion, and personalized learning.
• Safeguarding: Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and collaborate with safeguarding partners to manage and report all concerns appropriately.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Adapt and tailor the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of our students.
• Pastoral Care and SEN Advocacy: Champion a nurturing pastoral approach emphasizing emotional well-being, mental health, and social development.
• Staff Development: Support and mentor staff promoting continuous professional growth and fostering a collaborative team spirit.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Primary/Secondary teaching experience
• Experience working with SEN students and a deep understanding of their unique requirements
• Proven leadership skills including the ability to inspire and motivate others
