We're seeking a full-time professional to support the career and education goals of veterans and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize competing workloads.

As a Career and Education Support Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring meaningful employment, learning, and education pathways that strengthen our organisational mission. You will support participants in getting career and/or education ready by guiding them through tailored programs to achieve their education, employment, and learning goals.

This role has the following responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one education and career coaching to veterans and family members
  • Collaborate with participants to identify education and career goals and match them to appropriate services
  • Promote enrolment and engagement with both new and existing education and employment partners
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and the Employment and Education Relationship Manager to coordinate participant support and align opportunities across regions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, including detailed notes and outcome documentation in line with internal systems
