As a care professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, including personal care, supporting clients to remain engaged, and assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation.
About the role
- Implement a health-focused service delivery model to older adults with physical and/or cognitive care needs.
- Provide personal care as documented on care plans.
- Ensure clients remain engaged physically, cognitively, and socially.
- Support participation in day-to-day tasks and provide opportunities for community outings.
- Keep accurate records of care delivered and client responses.
About You
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant dementia qualifications and/or experience.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their representatives.
- Good organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional resilience and initiative.
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
