About This Role

The AI Business Enablement Partner will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business units and the AI function, driving Data & AI opportunities and delivering value to the organization.

Job Description

This dynamic and strategic position is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering high-value Data & AI use cases to maximize business outcomes. You will work closely with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and operational needs, and ensure that Data & AI initiatives align with the organization's strategy and governance frameworks.

You will also be responsible for translating technical concepts into business terms, building trust in the responsible use of AI, and leading AI adoption by embedding Data & AI thinking into decision-making processes.

In this role, you will engage with multiple levels of business stakeholders, influencing decision-making and building consensus. You will have a proven track record in engaging across various levels of business stakeholders, potentially in consulting, mining support or advisory roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Databricks, or AI/ML technologies are desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record in the mining and/or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of mining processes, operations, and systems
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, scope, and prioritize business improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives
