About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Uniting Preschool Adamstown Heights. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes and facilitating their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality education and care.
