Job Description

Coominya State School is a small school located in the rural town of Coominya. The school offers multi-age instruction for students in Prep to Year 6, with a focus on providing quality learning outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school community to develop a shared educational vision, upholding the principalship as a values-based activity, and embedding socially just practices in daily school life.

Key responsibilities include setting high standards for student and staff performance, participating in ongoing professional development, and forming partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
