The role involves creating a supportive environment that fosters physical growth and well-being in children.

Our programs focus on enhancing physical literacy and offering specialized classes in sports like Martial Arts, Yoga, Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer, Parkour, Ball Sports, and MFG Fit.

As a Coach, you will inspire children to develop a love for movement and fitness while guiding them through our various classes including Dance, Cheer, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, Parkour, Ball sports, Fitness, Junior/Baby, and assisting with events and birthday parties.

This position requires inspiring the younger generation to adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing what they enjoy.

Essential qualifications include experience working with children, holding a current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate (desired but not mandatory), certification in area of expertise, excellent customer service skills, ability to work effectively in a team setting, and experience designing programs and class layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality classes that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote physical development and fun
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Certification in area of expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
