The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This role will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and achieving personal targets through effective customer engagement and upselling strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
- Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company policies.
- Offering fast and efficient band replacement or link adjustment services for customers.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all products, including new releases and promotions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive store environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- A genuine passion for the Tissot brand and its values.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
