About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Subiaco. This role involves high-volume coordination, supporting the recruitment team to meet operational needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate effective communication with all relevant stakeholders regarding Altrad's recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries about the recruitment process and job vacancy status.
- Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee coordination of compliance activities, including scheduling and organizing client inductions.
- Manage training session bookings, ensuring timely delivery for candidates.
About You
