Security Operations Leadership Position

As a seasoned security professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our cash in transit, patrol, and static guard divisions.

This is a full-time opportunity for a professional individual to manage day-to-day operations service delivery, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and oversee cost management and operational activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian 'C' class driver license
  • QLD Security Providers License level 3, including CIT endorsement (and ability to obtain NSW Security License)
  • Proven experience with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate level of Excel knowledge
  • A current QLD Weapons License category H (or meet the criteria to obtain a license)
  • Risk management and contingency planning skills
  • The ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed stakeholder management experience/customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills
