Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Services Associate to join our dynamic team in a casual capacity.

As an Environmental Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing high standards of cleaning services and ensuring the hospital environment is clean and safe.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience as a cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital, aged care or medical setting. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to commit to working on a rotating roster including afternoon, evening and occasional night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high standard of cleaning services
  • Operating in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to staff, clients and patients
  • Acting in accordance with all manual handling protocols

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, drive and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence. They will also be willing to learn and develop their skills within the Supportive team at Healthscope.

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Demonstrated experience as cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital, aged care or medical setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to commit to working on a rotating roster including afternoon, evening and occasional night shifts
