We are currently looking for highly skilled and dedicated Biology tutors to join our team.

Our Tutoring Vision

Our mission is to empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. Our unique approach involves running weekly small-group tutoring sessions presented by young and experienced tutors in a simple, intuitive and engaging way.

Since our inception, we have been committed to providing all our students and parents with a premium learning experience and helping them achieve their personal goals and succeed in school assessments and exams.

As a tutor at our organisation, you will have the opportunity to motivate groups of students with your knowledge and experience without the hassle of administrative work and finding students.

Tutoring Resources and Support

You will have access to high-quality tutoring materials, including detailed notes for VCE subjects. All you need to do is prepare for your tutoring session by reading over the class workbooks beforehand and provide an excellent tutoring experience to your students.

Competitive Compensation

Our starting rate ranges from $90 to $160 per 2-hour class, depending on the size of the classes you take. You will also share part of the revenue generated by your classes, so if we grow, you'll grow with us.

Minimal Administrative Tasks

There is almost no requirement for administrative work. You will just need to take simple attendance, manage student emails and address student questions promptly outside of class via social media/text/email. Our support teams organise class days and times, following up on missed attendance, managing payments and enrolments, so you can just focus on the student and tutoring.
