HumeLink Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the HumeLink West project team. Reporting directly to a Project Manager, this position will support the transmission lines and construction teams based in Maragle.
The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role, with intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, preparing reports and handling information requests, timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff, assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking, and SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
About You
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a similar role
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role
