Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create native mobile experiences for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing impactful products and 6+ years of experience designing native iOS and Android apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior Product Designer will transform customer and business outcomes into engaging native mobile experiences that bring our vision to life.
  • They will design user-centric experiences that seamlessly integrate financial and property data, making complex information accessible and easy to understand.
  • The role requires shaping end-to-end journeys from discovery to ownership, balancing simplicity, trust, and regulatory compliance.
  • Responsibilities also include leading research and discovery efforts: conducting interviews, testing, and turning insights into actionable design artefacts.
  • The Senior Product Designer will design intuitive information architecture, micro-interactions, and polished UI, ensuring accessibility and handling edge cases.
  • They will champion customer outcomes in prioritization, striking a balance between business goals and user needs.
  • Contributions will be made to and maintenance of the mobile design system, collaborating with engineers to ensure quality, performance, and consistency.
  • Leveraging AI tools for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and personalization, ensuring ethical and compliant use.
  • Work effectively in cross-functional agile squads, communicating design rationale, facilitating workshops, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience designing native iOS and Android apps, with a portfolio showcasing impactful products.
  • Mastery of interaction design fundamentals: IA, user flows, journeys, heuristics, accessibility, and edge/error states.
  • Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, hierarchy, and brand expression; fluency with platform UI patterns.
  • Experience running and analyzing user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity with whiteboarding tools (Miro/Whimsical) and prototyping/testing workflows.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI into the design process for ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and content, with awareness of ethics and risk.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams, making informed trade-offs and communicating design rationale; portfolio with clear case studies preferred.
  • Nice to have: Background in designing for trust-heavy, data-rich domains such as fintech, health, or property tech.
