Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendant - Banquets.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to set up conference rooms efficiently and accurately to meet client specifications.
  • Deliver food and beverage service that meets luxury standards and aligns with brand expectations.
  • Take responsibility for designated areas during service, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages as specified by clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four days of availability per week, including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Availability to work PM shifts starting from 4 pm until midnight.
  • Basic level of food and beverage service skills, including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning, and clearing.
  • Physical capability to move heavy items safely and efficiently.
  • The ability to carry multiple plates simultaneously.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming, adhering to brand standards.
  • The capacity to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
