Senior Manager, Value Stream QA Support Lead

About the Role
CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Stream QA Support Lead to join our Quality team on a full-time permanent basis. As part of the Quality Leadership Team, this role will provide quality oversight of the activities within the Support Services Value Streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site teams to ensure quality aspects and compliance
- Provide quality oversight for documentation and laboratory investigations
- Manage deviation investigations and review trends
- Lead and develop a team to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical science or equivalent qualification or experience
- 7+ years' experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- 5+ years' experience working in a global matrix organisation
- Knowledge of manufacturing, Quality and compliance and Batch disposition
