Senior Technical Consultant Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional ServiceNow projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Delivering high-quality solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to ensure maximum efficiency.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, as well as strong workshop facilitation skills and experience delivering multiple ServiceNow product line projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development, with a strong ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.

Requirements and Qualifications

For this position, we are seeking individuals who possess:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
  • Ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
