Dental Assistant Job

As a dental assistant and receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The dental assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments.

  • Assist the dentist during procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and recalls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handling patient enquiries and coordinating patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Managing payments and health fund claims.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude with a strong focus on patient care, and good organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
