**Retail Leadership Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced retail people leader to join our team as a Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team and providing outstanding customer experiences. They will have the ability to mentor, inspire and uplift the team, ensuring excellent communication skills and an open, friendly nature that makes both customers and team members feel at ease.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a detailed understanding of sales targets, KPI's and budgets, and be focused on zero harm with a strong emphasis on the safety of our customers and team.

As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving business results and contributing to the success of our retail operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your team to achieve sales targets, manage budgets and make strategic decisions that impact the business.
