About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth and increase revenue for our commercial and industrial cleaning service provider. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and new business development within the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients
  • Grow new opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Estimate and quote for new clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare tenders and proposals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and new business development within the cleaning industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • A driven and willing attitude to grow the company's sales in the right direction
  • Ability to actively source new business opportunities
