Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled services and updates for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation.
  • Configure and program BMS/HVAC control systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance in designated regions to enhance energy efficiency.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks, including commissioning and small-scale project work.
  • Collaborate with clients to recommend upgrades, integration options, and building efficiency improvements.
  • Generate detailed and accurate service reports.
  • Address client service requests, including programming and point-to-point scheduling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot faults.
  • Provide technical support and create commissioning reports as needed.
About the Role

Requirements
  • Customer Focus
  • Experience in BMS Service / Commissioning
  • Minimum Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with any BMS controls (Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls).
  • Sound computer skills
  • Technically skilled in Electrical and/or Mechanical HVAC systems
  • Current drivers licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
