Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team in Southern Tasmania. This is a permanent part-time position with the opportunity to work full-time by adding Registered Nurse shifts. The role involves working across both Bishop Davies Court and Barossa Park Lodge.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting services prepare for and maintain accreditation standards (ACQSC & NDIS), undertaking quality initiatives, developing, designing, and implementing quality clinical initiatives, assisting services to develop and implement quality systems and continuous improvements plans, assisting services to use quality data to inform and implement improvements, mentoring senior clinical staff, providing regular and adhoc reports as required, and providing advice and training in relation to clinical compliance to meet legislative requirements.
