The Role

This role is based in our community cafe which supports people with disabilities to learn aspects of cafe operations.

  • Serving customers with a smile and providing high-quality service.
  • Making a range of hot beverages including coffee creations.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista with formal training desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide high-quality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage competing priorities.
