Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance law, with experience in providing legal advice to businesses operating in the Australian market. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business divisions on matters related to finance and banking;
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documentation, including non-disclosure agreements, commitment letters, and facility agreements;
  • Work closely with external counsel to provide expert legal advice on complex financial transactions;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and external partners to drive business growth;
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance law, preferably in a banking or financial services environment;
  • Strong understanding of Australian laws and regulations related to finance and banking;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Degree in Law and another discipline (e.g., Commerce, Economics);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
