The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our Community Hub team in Tamworth as a Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing. You will work in a team environment and independently to assist our clients in engaging with our after-school program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to clients with diverse learning needs
