We are seeking a highly skilled Individual Giving Manager to join our team at Michael Page.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in delivering services and support to those in need. As the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our individual donor base and developing long-term, sustainable relationships with supporters.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow individual giving portfolio.
- Cultivation: Cultivate strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead campaigns and initiatives aimed at acquiring new donors and increasing overall individual giving revenue.
- Donor Journeys: Create personalised donor journeys, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention through regular communication, recognition and stewardship.
- Fundraising Performance: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, using data to optimise campaigns and refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop compelling materials and messaging for individual giving appeals.
- Budget Management: Manage individual giving budgets, forecasting income, and reporting on progress toward fundraising targets.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in individual giving or direct response fundraising, with a track record of successfully managing donor relationships.
- Fundraising Principles: Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, including donor stewardship, gift solicitation, and retention strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling donor appeals.
- CRM Systems: Experience using donor management software and CRM systems to track and engage donors (e.g. Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse donor data and trends to develop targeted fundraising strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Creative, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
