As a senior developer, you will work closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality solutions. If you excel in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges, we'd love to meet you.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing customised solutions, extensions, and enhancements for clients
- Responding to client support requests and resolving issues efficiently
- Monitoring system performance to identify potential issues before they impact the client
To thrive in this role, you'll need strong technical skills and business acumen, enabling you to:
- Analyse, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
- Multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Broadly understand almost all standard Business Central modules and their applications
We're seeking a seasoned professional with:
- 5+ years' experience in D365 Business Central/NAV development
- Proven experience in a support environment - incident management, release management, and change management
- Expertise in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories, and development specifications
