About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our Customer Strategy and Marketing team at Resolution Life Group Services Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent representation of our brand across various distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to educate, retain, and cross-sell to our target market, across various distribution channels, particularly digital.
  • Develop campaigns for the launch of new products and increase sales and retention opportunities with customers, effectively positioning our offering in market and to existing customers, driving increased awareness and consideration.
  • Understand value propositions and positioning statements for inclusion in marketing campaigns, to ensure they're meaningful to the target audience.
  • Create content and supporting collateral and briefing packs, (such as flyers, web content, infographics, case studies, and electronic brochures), regular communications, catering to all knowledge levels of the target market.
  • Present, update, and report to the team and senior leaders on marketing deliverables and the progress and outcomes of campaigns, including the identification and enacting optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyzing data to review the success of campaigns, and delivering ideas to improve results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing communications and campaigns, particularly in the financial services arena, with confidence in delivering customer education and retention activities.
  • Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing distribution channels, in particular digital.
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance industry and product distribution via digital and adviser channels.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services.
  • Ability to think creatively, ensuring a strategic overlay is applied to all campaign delivery.
  • Analytical skills to identify opportunities to create appropriate target market audience activities.
