Job Title: Return to Work Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Workers Compensation team. This role will be based in our Perth office and involves working with clients to facilitate their return to work.

The Return to Work Consultant provides professional consulting services, administering injury management software and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective injury management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the return-to-work process for injured workers, including triaging and lodging new claims promptly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive return to work plans tailored to the needs of injured workers.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and insurers, to provide updates and gather information.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of claims to assess progress and recommend actions to facilitate recovery and return-to-work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in allied health.
  • Experience in claims management functions at an insurer or employer.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
