Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Release and Environment Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality software releases and environments.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless data migration, aruma D365 environments management, product solution delivery, business support, and CRM/general skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, D365 CRM-ERP architectural experience, application integration & data specialist, strong system design & architectural knowhow, and hands-on development experience in D365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Migration: Prepare roadmap for data migration, coordinate with business stakeholders, analyze all steps for data migration, finalize DM deployment plan, manage background process of DM, user access planning as part of DMSCOUT production - architecture setup
  • Aruma D365 Environments: Manage/administration of Aruma's D365 env's
  • Product Solution Delivery: Build and checks all deployments runsheet, architecture specification, configuration and customization, perform functional/technical PO validation
  • Business Support: Escalation and coordination with Microsoft, escalation from SCOUT support channel, escalation from IT support, senior stakeholders escalation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Azure, D365 CRM-ERP architectural experience
  • Application Integration & Data Specialist
  • Strong System Design & Architectural Knowhow
  • Hands-on Development Experience in D365
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and vendor management skills
