Expert Foreign Currency Advisor Needed

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused foreign exchange professional to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Position

This is a full-time role requiring availability to work across full retail trade. You will be based at our store locations and responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on foreign currency solutions, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers to customers.
  • Assist customers with their transactions, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
