Aged Care Facility Operations Lead

With over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality care, we are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead our 26-bed Aged Care Facility in Western Australia.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, developing strategic initiatives, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facility operations with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee staff performance, development, and facility workflows to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage operational, risk, and financial processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- A Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Managerial experience in home care services, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership and person-centered care commitment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- In-depth knowledge of ACQSC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
