Clinical Research Specialist

About the Position

As a Clinical Trial Investigator, you will take on a key role in executing trial protocols. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, screenings, and safety reviews, ensuring participant compliance and working closely with them throughout their treatment journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and protocol-related procedures
  • Monitor patient responses to therapy and ensure safety
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory documentation principles
  • Analyze participant results and collaborate on informed decision-making
  • Promote open communication with trial sponsors during site visits and audits
  • Engage in ongoing training, governance reviews, and team collaboration discussions
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Medical degree with unrestricted general and/or specialist registration AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated passion for evidence-based medicine and clinical trials
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic approach towards patients
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt, work flexibly, and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment
