About the Role

We are seeking a Cabin Crew member to join our team on the A220 aircraft in Melbourne. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing an outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Provide excellent customer experience to passengers on board, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prioritize Passenger Safety: Follow strict safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers.
  • Collaborate with Crew Members: Work effectively with other crew members to provide seamless service to passengers, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 18 years of age, with prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industries.
  • Physical Requirements: Reach a minimum height of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm), with a maximum height of 186cm.
  • Citizenship/Residency: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency with unlimited working rights.
  • Travel Documents: Hold a passport with 6 months' validity, as well as current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR accreditation.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent level of health and fitness, including swimming 50 metres fully clothed and treading water for 3 minutes unassisted.
