Role Overview
The role of a Digital Lead at Mace involves project managing a team delivering all aspects of digital services delivery on client projects or programs. This requires a mixture of experience in IT and digital solutions, as well as effective project delivery and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
As a Digital Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital solution delivery and operation on client-facing projects. This includes utilizing an appropriate project delivery methodology, gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders, developing digital strategies, and leading a digital team. You will also work with colleagues and peers to settle solutions onto stable-state operations and liaise with partner IT functions and other stakeholder IT functions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a digital lead or supporting a digital lead on previous major construction projects or programs. You should also have knowledge of the latest technology and its application to business problems, strategic thinking and planning related to technology, and experience of software selection and implementation. Additionally, you will need to have IT project management capabilities and qualifications, project budgeting and cost management skills, and business case writing abilities.
