Live Event Content Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Live Event Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the content delivery systems that power every replay, stadium message, and sponsor commercial, ensuring seamless content flow on game days, concerts, and major events.

This is an exciting opportunity to own a mission-critical system in an iconic venue, working at the intersection of live sport, entertainment, and technology. You will collaborate with venue operations, event teams, and partners to deliver exceptional screen and signage experiences for fans.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in AV operations, stadiums, live events, or broadcast production.   • Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day digital signage operations across one of Australia's most iconic stadiums.
  • Oversee content scheduling & delivery across concourses, suites, and function spaces.
  • Mentor and roster IPTV operators and freelancers.
  • Partner with clients, sponsors, and partners to deliver flawless in-venue experiences.
  • Contribute to workflow development, documentation, and project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven track record in AV operations, stadiums, live events, or broadcast production.
  • Strong Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with playout/scheduling systems or understanding of scheduling.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
