Contact Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contact Supervisor to join our team at Anglicare Victoria's Children's Contact Service (CCS). As a Contact Supervisor, you will play a vital role in facilitating safe and positive contact between children and their non-resident parents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support for contact between children and non-resident parents, promoting healthy family relationships and child well-being.
- Work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized contact plans.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all parties involved in contact.
- Communicate effectively with families, children, and other stakeholders to promote understanding and cooperation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of contact services.
- Early Childhood development or Social Work/Welfare qualifications are preferred, or equivalent experience and skills.
- An in-depth understanding of the impact of trauma on families and the ability to work sensitively with clients who have experienced trauma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
