Quality and Technical Manager - Food Safety Expert.

Job Description:

As a Quality and Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and technical aspects of our food production site align with global best practices. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on team member safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coach the site to produce safe, quality products that meet legal requirements and CFMSR standards.
  2. Support colleagues to improve food safety and quality, investigating incidents to drive continuous improvements.
  3. Promote a quality and food safety culture across the site.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading diverse teams in a challenging FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead rapid positive change in a Manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Patience, resilience, and tenacity to face challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience generating change through a participative team approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and implement Technical & Quality Strategy and Teams Plans.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in same/similar role ideally in a FMCG environment.
  • Technical science degree.
  • Strong process and commercial acumen.
