The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team environment, providing high-quality care and support in Melbourne's CBD.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize extensive psychiatric nursing experience to deliver evidence-based treatment and interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide assertive outreach and high-quality care.
- Be passionate about working directly with homeless consumers in the community.
- Hold current registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
- Exhibit strong team player skills, effective communication, and a willingness to further develop these traits.
- Have knowledge of evidence-based interventions for low prevalence disorders.
- Display initiative, advanced communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in specialist services within public mental health settings.
- A valid registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
