Our graduate program offers a unique combination of onboarding support, supervision, and ongoing training to ensure a seamless transition into your role as a clinician.
Your caseload will be carefully managed to allow for ease of integration, enabling you to work effectively with clients. You'll have access to dedicated technical training sessions to boost your clinical skills and confidence.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in our well-equipped clinics, client's homes, and schools, as well as via telehealth. Our mentors will provide one-on-one guidance to support your career ambitions.

In this role, you'll help children achieve their communication and language development milestones, educate and involve parents and carers, and support children with speech, literacy, and feeding difficulties.
