Dedicated Home Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide holistic care to Aged Care and Disability clients in their home. Our priority is to empower our clients to live independently with integrity and purpose.
This role involves assisting people with tasks they can no longer perform by themselves, offering dementia care, domestic support, companionship and socialisation, personal care, post-operative care, disability support, and skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities:
- Domestic assistance including cleaning
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance (prompting)
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Respite care
- Transportation to appointments and shopping or other social activities
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged and Disability Support
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19
