We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for 1,000 employees on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries.
- Payroll Administration: Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Team Support: Assist the senior payroll officer with payroll-related tasks and projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Experience: Payroll function experience in a corporate organization, preferably in a financial services or business operations environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing a team.
