Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive customer engagement across our diverse portfolio. This key role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive customer-centric strategy, enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a strategic customer engagement plan to boost tenant attraction and retention
  • Curate and manage meaningful building communities to improve tenant experience
  • Create and deliver brand-aligned campaigns, content, and experiences
  • Prioritize and manage marketing budgets and metrics
  • Design leasing experiences that engage and convert tenants
  • Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms
  • Maintain and grow asset presence across property portals, social media, and engagement apps
  • Lead the tenant lifecycle from attraction to offboarding
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants at all levels
  • Organize tailored events, activations, partnerships, and wellness programs for tenants

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
  • Proven marketing experience in retail or property marketing
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and design software
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-centric mindset with a collaborative approach
